~Rooms 7 thru 12 are all lake front & each offers 2 Queen Beds in each room
All rooms have lake access & a beautiful view looking onto the lake. 

Each room has 2 queen size beds, a bathroom with shower, a mini refrigerator, a microwave, newer flat screen TV's  and controllable heater/air conditioner.   

Room # 9 is handicap accessible. Room 8 is dog friendly, Please call in advance if wanting either 8 or 9.

Suite Rooms ~Rooms #3 or #4

They offer two levels with a small living area with sitting chairs, newer flat screen t.v.'s, refrigerator, microwave, small table/chairs or bar stools, a bathroom with shower and our standard heater/air conditioner on the lower levels and plush carpet through out. 

Room 3 offers an upper loft level with one king bed or room 4 offers two queen beds and a single twin daybed in the upper level, each room offers patio furniture on each deck overlooking our beautiful lake. 

 

 

MISC Information~

 

~We only take reservations for guests 21 years of age or older. 

 

~ Upon Check In guests must present a valid ID along with a valid credit card, the credit card must be the same name as the photo ID.

 

~Cash Payments/Credit Cards~ If you choose to pay with cash, a $100.oo deposit on a credit card or in cash is required and will be returned to you after we inspect the room. Every room requires a valid credit card on file.  

 

~ All room rates are subject to change without prior notice. Prices will only be guaranteed upon booking. No refunds for early departures, no shows ect.  

 

~ Group rates are available, please contact us at (231)357-2767 for more information. 

 

~ Check In time is from 3pm to 7:00 pm, please call 24 hours in advance if you require a different check in time..

~Check Out is 10:30 am.

 

~Housekeeping is offered to guest staying 6 nights or longer. If staying a shorter time and you would like housekeeping to visit your room, please request upon check in.  If fresh towels, coffee, cups, soaps ect are needed during your stay at anytime~ please don't hesitate to ask and we will come add supplies in a timely manor free of charge.

 

~ Our pet policy is exclusive to dogs (no cats or any other animals allowed). We offer only one pet friendly room!  Please reserve in advance. A $25 non-refundable fee per dog ...per stay.  Limit to 2 small dogs under 50lbs each. Again, we only offer one pet friendly room. No other exceptions sorry.  If any dog is found in any other room a $200 pet fee will be added to your credit card on file immediately without notice. If extensive cleaning or damage repair is necessary beyond the normal deep clean process~ the guest will be charged additional fees as well. 

 

~ All of our rooms are non-smoking. If a smoking violation occurs inside any room the client will be charged a $200 non-refundable cleaning fee. We do appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that our guests and staff are not subject to second hand smoke.  Smoking is allowed outside, please dispose of your butts in the smoking butt cans.  Please place any extra trash in the dumpster. 

 

~No in-room parties.  Our hotel enforces a No In Room Party Policy to ensure we can protect the hotel and our guest at all times. In the event of a disturbance- one warning will be given to reduce the noise level. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all lodging fee's paid and will be escorted out immediately with the help of the local authorities without any other warning. Absolutely no more than 4 guest per room please. Quiet time begins at 10pm and last till 8am, please be considerate of others. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Payment  & Cancellation Policies

Cancellation/Payment Policies:
  
*To cancel with Summer dates of May 15th, 2020 to Sept 28th, 2020- call before 8pm seven days prior to your arrival date to avoid paying your entire balance.  We require a cancellation fee of one night's charge with tax regardless of reason.  All balances will be charged with the card on file 7 days prior to arrival with the card on file. 

**To cancel with Peak Season dates of June 26th 2020 to July 19th 2020- call before 8pm fourteen days prior to your arrival date to avoid losing your deposit and also being charged for your entire stay. We require a cancellation fee of one night's charge with tax regardless of reason.    All balances will be charged 14 days prior to arrival with the card on file.
 
***Apartment and Room 2 Summer/Peak Season Policy- because both rooms are always in high demand their cancellation policy is:  Call before 8pm  twenty-one days prior to your arrival date to avoid losing your deposit and also being charged for your entire stay. We require a cancellation fee of one night's charge with tax regardless of reason. All balances will be charged 21 days prior to arrival with the card on file.
 
***All weekends from June 19th, 2020 till Sept 28th, 2020 require a two-night minimum stay except Memorial weekend & Labor Day weekend which require a three-night stay.  The 4th of July dates require a 4-night minimum stay. 
Check In times are from 3pm to 7:30pm daily.  If this time frame does not work with your travel needs, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival morning at (231)879-3341 so that we can make other arrangements to meet you for a convenient check in time.
